All orders are subject to availability. Please allow 1-2 working days for order processing.We aim to despatch your order within 3 working days. If any items are out of stock you will be informed and we will advise you of the expected delivery date.

All parcels are sent via Royal Mail's first class Recorded or International Signed-for Service. First Class parcels should be with you by the next working day after dispatch, but please allow up to 10 working days for delivery in the UK. European and Worldwide deliveries can take 14-21 days, but usually arrive earlier.
Please note that we are not responsible for any customs charges that may be incurred upon the item entering your country.
Very occasionally parcels may become lost in the post. If we have sent your order to you and it has not arrived within 15 working days (UK only), please do not hesitate to contact us and we will investigate further. Please note that items returned to us are the sender's responsibility and we cannot be held accountable for parcels sent back to us. In order to minimise loss, we advise all customers to send returns via recorded delivery.
RETURNS
You can return an order if you contact us within 7 days of delivery. If you have not contacted us about returning an item within 7 days of receipt then you cannot return your order. Please note that for hygiene reasons Body Jewellery, Makeup, Earrings, Sale and Reduced Items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
We will refund the purchase price of the returned goods upon receipt. You will need to pay the postage on any return, however we will pay the postage on any item sent to you in exchange. If an item is returned faulty we will refund all reasonable postage costs.
Please ensure you adequately package all returns as we cannot accept items returned to us without suitable packaging. This includes footwear sent back in unwrapped shoeboxes. Please do not use staples to seal packaging as we cannot be held responsible for damage caused by the customer. Please ensure that the item you are returning is in the condition in which it arrived and is resaleable, we will not accept a return if an item is soiled, damaged or has clearly been worn, this includes marks left by make up, deodorant & washing and shoes which show evidence of being worn outdoors.
